I became fascinated by how to help people form new habits or break unhelpful habits after seeing their power in my own life, and in my clients lives.
After working 1-1 with clients on habits, I’m excited to introduce group coaching from January 2025. This opportunity is for you if….
- you have a dream but you can’t seem to find space to make it happen
- you want to shape your life so it serves you better
- you’ve found it hard going to change on your own
- you know nothing about habits or coaching, or you know loads already and want to embed it

How does it work?
- Book an initial coaching session with me. This is a complimentary session where we explore what you’re hoping for and whether habits coaching is right for you.
- Decide whether to join a group or 1-1 coaching programme
- Start helping yourself making change, so you can live with more freedom and peace.
I’m also running two free habits workshops in January on Wednesday 22nd 7.30pm – 8.30pm and Friday 31st 12.00 – 13.00pm. You can sign up below to get a flavour of the programme!
The group coaching programme:
- I’m running small groups (3-4 people) meeting either fortnightly for 3 months or monthly for 6 months.
- If you love connecting, reflecting and sharing in group settings, this is the one for you.
- Group run entirely online or entirely in person in King’s Cross depending on availability.
- Total investment for 6 group coaching sessions: £299
- You can also compliment it with 1-1 sessions with me alongside the group programme for £75/hr.
1-1 habits coaching:
- 1-1 coaching is more flexible and responsive than group coaching – so if you need to unpack a knotty blocker, or pan out to difficult decisions, we have the freedom in these sessions to go exactly where you need to go.
- Total investment for 6 x 1-1 habits coaching sessions: £450
One off sessions: you can book one off sessions for my standard rate of £85/hr.
Why invest in habits coaching?
- It works. Humans are built in a way that means when we spend time reflecting with someone else, we can see more clearly – and that produces results.
- It feels good. Really! It’s cathartic to have a space to offload and discover solutions.
- It helps everyone. It’s not selfish and it’s not a waste of time. When you are operating at your best, those around you benefit too.
- It’s transferable – it’s highly likely that skills you learn through habits coaching will help you in another area of your life.
- It’s usually less lonely, more enjoyable and quicker than trying to work out something on your own.
It may not be for you if…
